Brord Van Der Maat
Started jumping at the age 16 on static line round, went on to freefall
at the age of 18.
(Assistant) instructor on both static line round and static line square
canopies since 1992, jumpmaster since 1993, total number of jumps 1153. Tandem master
from 1993-1997, +/- 85 tandem jumps.
Joined the group in 1994

2 . 1999. Jumpmaster and cameraman in 1 of the 2 aircraft
and jumped into Ginkle Heath DZ.

the 55th Anniversary of the Battle for Arnhem.
Aircraft used were 2 An2
"Colt".
3 . 2000. On board cameraman and jumped into the Merville
Gun Battery DZ. Normandy,
France, for the 56th Anniversary of the D-Day Landings. Aircraft
used was the DC3 Dakota.
4 . 2002. Jumpmaster and jumped into Driel
DZ. Arnhem,
Holland, for the 58th Anniversary of the Battle for Arnhem .
Aircraft used was the AN2"Colt"
6 . 2003. Jumpmaster and jumped at Ginkle Heath DZ.

Dakota.
7 . 2004. Cameraman and jumped at Pegasus Bridge DZ
N. Normandy, France, for the 60th Anniversary of the D-Day
Landings.

Oosterbeek, Arnhem, Holland, for the book presentation of the book
"All men are brothers" about the fallen Polish soldiers
and airmen during Operation Market Garden.
Besides regular job also Royal Dutch Navy Reserve
