| A Royal
Marine Commando from 11 Troop, M Company, 42 Commando fires a 51mm light
mortar in to the Afghan village of Chinah. The village was targeted after
the Commandos received incoming fire from 107mm Chinese Rockets, Rocket
Propelled Grenades (RPG) and small arms fire from Taliban insurgents.
Operation Volcano was a deliberate action carried out by M Company, 42
Commando Royal Marines against Taliban insurgents in the town of Barikju,
