 video

The video attached is a little bit of my history with Blackwater.  The "Little Birds" are re-supplying us with Ammo.  We were reportedly surrounded by 4000 Mahdi militia at the time the video was taken.

Im the guy on the roof, left of the chopper as it comes into land. "Tour of Duty" had nothing on us.

THE PHANTOM 5

The 5th Battalion The Parachute Regiment

Introduction.

Since the Gulf war ended (sort of) more and more civilian contractors have been called upon to fill the security void not covered by the Coalition forces. One of the largest groups in Iraq comes from retired British Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces personnel. This page is for them to show their involvement by sending in photos and comments. All photos will be treated to cover the identities of the people. All we ask is a first name, your Para unit and the Company you work for although the last can be missed out if its too sensitive. Please put your own captions on the photos.

The heading has been taken from one of the nick names being used for the guys. They have been called 5 Para, The Fifth battalion, The Phantom battalion and Phantom 5 respectively as a joke by the serving members however it is no longer a joke with so many serving out there, upholding the highest Airborne traditions and professionalism and doing what the British Airborne do best which is soldering. Send you photos to Nick the web master with any special instructions IE blocks across the eyes or no blocks, number plates blacked out, etc
